Every year, as the calendar flips to January, many of us make resolutions to improve our health or spend more quality time with our loved ones. But why wait for the New Year to start making changes? Why not finish the year strong and start the New Year off with a bang in your belly and a fire in your heart? It's not about creating a checklist of grand gestures, but about making small, sustainable changes that can make a big difference in the long run.

Upgrade Your Health & Relationships

So, how can you upgrade your health and relationships? One practical and enjoyable way is through cooking. Cooking is not just about nourishing your body with wholesome foods. When my husband and I met, it was at the helm of COVID-19, when cooking at home was a requirement for most of us and eating out was no longer a luxury.
